Brian's mom gets  him a hatchet for his birthday.Brian and his mom drive to a airport where Brian gets on a small bush plane to stay with his father for the summer.On the plane, the pilot teaches Brian how to fly the fplane. But, half way there the pilot starts complaining about his arm  and shoulder hurting.Later , the pilot starts passing gas. Finaly he has a heart attack and dies. Then Brian tries to control the plane , but, he tries to crash land the plane and succeeds. Brian has many troubles including tornadoes, finding food ,and bears. Read this book to follow Brian on his amazing adventures.

Toklo is a brown bear and lives in a forest.  Lusa is a black bear and lives in the zoo she calls the bear bowl.  Kallik is a polar bear and lives in the cold arctic.  Ujurauk is a brown bear, lives in the forest, and can shift-shape into any animal he wants!  Together, they all go on a journey.  But, will they make it to the place they need to be?  You don't want to miss this great adventure!
