        When Eragon is hunting in the forest,  a blue stone appears. Eragon brings it back to Carvahall, thinking it will buy him some meat for the winter. Eragon has a normal life as a farm boy, but that all changes when a dragon hatches from, what he thought was a blue stone, was a dragon egg. Raising the dragon which he named Saphira, in the forest as she grows up. But Eragon must leave when two strangers, known as the Ra'Zac kills his Uncle Garrow and burns down the farm. Eragon, Saphira, and Brom the story teller embark on a chase after the Ra'Zac in revenge of Uncle Garrow.  In this breath-taking book Eragon must make decicions, decicions that might cost him his life.

       In the book Hatchet, a boy named Brian is going to visit his father in Alaska. His parents are divorced. Brian's mom gets  him a hatchet for his birthday.Brian and his mom drive to a airport where Brian gets on a small bush plane to stay with his father for the summer.On the plane, the pilot teaches Brian how to fly the fplane. But, half way there the pilot starts complaining about his arm  and shoulder hurting.Later , the pilot starts passing gas. Finaly he has a heart attack and dies. Then Brian tries to control the plane , but, he tries to crash land the plane and succeeds. Brian has many troubles including tornadoes, finding food ,and bears. Read this book to follow Brian on his amazing adventures.

       Luv Ya Bunches is a good book by Lauren Myracle. It is about four girls named Katie-Rose, Yasaman, Milla, and Violet. Other than being named after flowers they had nothing in common. Katie-Rose is a film director in training, Yasaman is a computer wiz, Milla is popular, and Violet is the new girl. They are fabulous girls, but they sure aren't friends. This is a book you don't want to miss!

Seekers (Fourth Grade)

           Seekers is a very exciting series by Erin Hunter. Erin Hunter has written other series including Warriors , but Seekers is the best by far. It is very adventurous and it is a fantasy series. It is about four bears. Toklo is a brown bear and lives in a forest.  Lusa is a black bear and lives in the zoo she calls the bear bowl.  Kallik is a polar bear and lives in the cold arctic.  Ujurauk is a brown bear, lives in the forest, and can shift-shape into any animal he wants!  Together, they all go on a journey.  But, will they make it to the place they need to be?  You don't want to miss this great adventure!
